The captured Russians will be CT or RT not sure which yet but ROF 1 and no ace skill. They will also be unreliable.

Points on Tigers are as follows:
1IC will be 215pts.
Platoon will be
4 Tigers = 860pts
3 Tigers = 645pts
2 Tigers = 430pts
As Buth said they are CT, same point values as the support option in SO.
Oh and Kurk you left too early Superbowl Sunday but since you blew me off when I said 'hi' to you I get the impression you didn't want to play me anyways. :-p

Any rules in there for Germans to play captured Soviet equipment? Other than the obvious T-34 and T-70, Germans were known to have some KV-IIs and KV-Is at their disposal. The KV-Is also had a nasty upgrade of a Panzer III cupola and a Panzer IV 75mm gun.

Germans can loot T34 76/85, T70s and M4 from the soviets in LW. Fins can loot T34 and KV I in MW. 21st Panzer loots Shermans and Fireflies in normandy. Russians can use Tigers, MK IVs, Stugs, and Panthers in H&S
