Date: May 28th and 29th, 2011, Memorial Day Weekend
Place: Tower Games– (860 Duluth Hwy, Suite 210
Lawrenceville, Ga. 30043)
Entrance Fee = $20 (paid day of event)
Estimated number of players = 40

--Same excel spreadsheet as last time. Lists are due by May 14th. Those that get the lists in on time will get a Nationality specific bonus.
1750 Mid-War. 1942 Theme!
*** 1942 is the Theme of the tournament. More details below.
*** Games will be Axis vs. Allies until round 5.
*** This is a 2 day, 5 round tournament. 3 Games of Saturday and 2 games on Sunday
*** Prizes will include; Best Overall, Best Allied General, Best Axis General, Best Painted, and Best Sport.
Scenarios:
***Expect anything! 8 Missions to choose from: Free For All, Encounter, No Retreat, Breakthrough, Break Out, Night Assault (modified), Fighting Withdrawl, Cauldron. 3 Defensive Battles and 2 Mobile Battles will be played.
*** Death From Above maybe substituted for FFA and/or Encounter for US Airborne and German Fallschirmjaeger Coys.
This is the tentative schedule:
--Saturday—
Registration/check in 9a to 9:30a
Round 1 -- 10a to 12:30p
Lunch -- 12:30p to 2:30p ("Army's on Parade", painting is judged) Out to Lunch
Round 2 -- 2:45p to 3:15p
Round 3 -- 3:45p to TBA **** Until Finished
—Sunday—
Doors open at 9a
Round 4 -- 10a to 12:30p
Lunch – 12:30p to 1:15p (In-house lunch)
Round 5 – 1:30p to 4p
Awards and Prize stuff (Clean up)
Important Stuff
***Lunch is provided Sunday. Saturday will be a free for all lunch, local tavern?
***Scoring Changes!!!!– Generalship is separate from Painting.
*** A card system will be used for scoring, a dice will be used for random table assignments.
We will have a Terrain Table Competition with prizes donated by Miniature Building Authority. If you would like to participate in the terrain table challenge by bringing a Table, please let me know.
1> How many tables are you bringing.
2> What style of table are you bringing. (ie: Winter, Desert, Eastern Front, Italy.)
3> Try to setup your table Friday Night (May 27th) if possible.
