I have been working on this for some time for fun. The Sturmtiger is my favorite tank of the war. It is just an awesome piece of machinery. Unfortunately the only way to field them in Flames of war is at Warsol and you only get two and their reluctant trained status makes them unlikely to hit and not having a spotter team sucks. This is historically accurate, Battlefront got it right for once. They were manned by factory engineers and just there for testing purposes but they were devastating. After that 3 Sturmtiger Companies went to battle in what was left of the German army. One of them went to war on the Western front and it is an interesting mix of German desperation.
My list is based on the third company. They were a part of the 655th Heavy Anti Tank Battalion. They had the support of the 84th infantry division which consisted of pretty green troops and the well equipped but green 2nd Parachute division. They were also supported by the 276th Magen battalion, a group on infantry with chronic digestive ailments making them unfit to serve. They were chosen over the Ohren battalion which were so deaf they couldn't hear the guns fire.
This list is what was at the Battle of Reichswald in February 1945
They were on the defense so they would always defend and may take 3 anti tank trenches for 100 points each and gun pits for the AT guns for 5 points each. The tank trench(s) may be deployed in the defenders deployment area or in no mans land in a defensive battle.

3 Stug assault guns
All that you must take.
Now for the optional stuff.
The Sicherheits Company on page 67 in A bridge to far. To represent the 276th You may take 1.
The Grenadier Platoon in Hells Highway page 76 They represent the 84th. you may take 2
Fallschirmjager Platoon pg 65 in hells highway (fearless trained) You may take 2
Any of the Fallschimjager platoons from pg 66-68 in Hells highway. (fearless trained) You may take one of each.
I also need to add some regular confident trained support options for the 84th out of FE2.
And as I read more about what was on the front line with the S.Tigers I may find more stuff thed had available. They did not have any tanks though. The only armour support were the 36 assault guns of the 655th, 4 of which where Sturm Tigers.
If you are wondering how I came up with some stuff, The HQ and the two ST platoons are the exact same thing that went into battle vehicle for vehicle.
They also had this stuff.
Maintenance Section:
1 Kublewagon
2 three ton trucks
Supply section:
1 motorcycle w/ sidecar
1 Kublewagon
9 three ton trucks.
That is all they had, 24 vehicles made up the whole company.
The points cost for the Sturmtigers was upped 40% to go CT and get the spotter They still only get one range in attempt and have no direct fire but they hit on 4's now because they are trained.
Thoughts or ideas. I think it would be a fun list to play but easily defeated. They fought the British and the Canadians in real life and if you play against the list with allies just smoke the spotters and 600 points of tiger tanks just became useless.
Also what would the AT on a SturmTiger round be? I know one round from a Sturmtiger was reported to completely demolish 3 M4A1 Shermans. I couldn't imagine what a direct hit would go through. The round was powerful enough that if it was fired from a regular Tiger 1 tank it would flip the tiger on its back. The shell put out 40 tons of recoil force! It could penetrate 8 feet of reinforced concrete.
The Sturmtiger was armed with a short-barreled 38cm Raketenwerfer 61 L/5.4, breech-loading rocket launcher/mortar. The RW 61 launcher fired short-range (4,600 to 6,000 meters, or 2,850 to 3,720 yards) high-explosive rocket-propelled projectiles. The launcher was fitted with a PaK Zielfernrohr 3 x 8 telescopic sight. Each projec-tile was almost 1.5m (five feet) long and weighed 345 to 351kg (759 to 772 pounds). Two types of ammunition were available-high-explosive Raketen Sprenggranate 4581 (with a 125kg, or 275 pound, explosive charge) and shaped-charge Raketen Hohladungsgranate 4582 for use against fortifications. The shaped-charge round could penetrate up 2.5m (8 feet) of reinforced concrete. The Sturmtiger main arma-ment was originally developed by Rheinmetall-Borsig in Dusseldorf from an anti-submarine depth charge launcher developed for the Kriegsmarine.
