Warren talked about doing a tourny where you brought the most useless army you can build. (The worst army you could possibly put together.)
The worst in the game has to be the Enola Gay strike force. It is just one independent observer stand and a B-29 that can only strike non BF Jap models. You automatically loose on turn one since you have no active platoons. It doesn't follow the spirit of the idea so this is what I can up with.
3rd SS
HQ=95
Beirmeyer 3 Panzer IV H's=195
PanzerGrenadier Platoon w trucks=170
GepanzertePanzer Grenadier Platoon=230
SS- Heavy Platoon w no sections=25
GepanzertePanzerPioneer=280
+2 half tracks=20

SS Anti tank Gun Platoon w 1 PaK 36r=80

SS Armored Car Patrol=90
Sporadic Hs 129B3= 115
For 1710 Points I get
3 airplane dice with a plane that will hit on a 4+at best
4 motorcycles
A platoon with one stand!
15 infantry stands in 3 platoons!
3 suicidal Panzer IV's that must ST toward the enemy or assault if in range and are hit as Trained!
3 Armored cars
2 reluctant Conscript Sturm Tigers Which will rarely hit and will likely be bailed or smoked the entire game.
1 AT Gun
and lots of soft trucks and Half tracks!
