I couldn't get a para list that I really liked, so I have decided to go with armored rifles. I chose armored rifles since they can easily become regular rifles with few changes. Here is the list I have so far.
HQ 25 pts
Armored Rifle Plt. 2 squads 240 Armored Rifle Plt. 2 squads 240
Mortar Plt 105
Tank Destroyer Plt 2 sections M10 3in 335
Armored Field Artillery Battery 2 sections 325
Field Artillery Battery (155 SP) 2 sections 285
Grasshopper AOP 40
Limited Air 150
1745 pts 6 plts
Both of the rifle platoons swap the M3 37in guns for Bazooka teams. Mortars are there for smoke, but I wonder if the 110 that I would have left over removing them would be better spent elsewhere. I really like the Tank Destroyer rules and it seems if I can keep them well hidden they might do some real damage against some of the tougher tanks out there. I am not sold on the air support, I like having air since it has always done well by me but without cannons I'm just not too sure. Maybe I could take out the mortars and the Air support for another armored rifle plt.? Thoughts?

I think that the air, artillery, and more artillery is alot. I think keeping the mortars and removing the air might be a good choice. Remember though I know little about army lists and less about infantry.
