That is a Panzer MKIV with the KWK 37 L24 which was a short 75mm used in the A through F1 model tanks. The red unit marking is from PZ.Rgt31. The yellow X on the hull is the correct mark for Pz.Div.5 on the Ostfront in 1943 though 1945. As to exactly what model tank it is that is hard to tell. The differences in the A through F model boiled down to armor thickness, bolt head types, and a 10 mm increase in track width. The biggest thing I can see here is that it mounts and MG34 in the hull which was removed and replaced by an SMG port on the AusfB. It was reintroduced on the Ausf D though. The D also traded the internal gun mantle for an external mount. The copula is also mounted well back on the Turret which was moved forward in the E model. So If I had to guess what you have is a Mk IV D =)
